Understanding your enquiry
Whenever you lodge an enquiry with the BYDA service, details of the enquiry are passed along to relevant asset owners who have an interest in the area of your job site. Each of these is known as a referral.
Understanding your dashboard
When you login in to the BYDA referral service, the first screen you will see is your dashboard. This provides quick access to your most recent enquiries.
