Read on to learn more about gaining access to your account.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"color: #a2191f;\">Note: the login details you used in the old Before You Dig system no longer apply. This will launch the BYDA identity registration page.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Enter your email address<\/li>\n<li>Click on the <strong>Send verification code<\/strong> button<\/li>\n<li>An email will be sent to your email address with a 6-digit verification code<\/li>\n<li>Enter the code in the <strong>Verification code<\/strong> box and click on <strong>Verify code<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Now proceed to fill in the remaining fields. You must agree to the Terms and Conditions to proceed<\/li>\n<li>Once everything is filled in, click on <strong>Create<\/strong> and you will be logged in and returned to the referral service<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>If you already have an account linked to your email address, you can reset your password by following the <strong>Forgotten password<\/strong> link.<\/li>\n<li>If you didn&#8217;t receive a verification code, please check that your email address has been entered correctly. Also, you should check your junk mail folder. The subject line is something like &#8220;Before You Dig (BYDA) account email verification code&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>The email verification code has a short time limit. You can request a new verification code if required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h4 id=\"How-Do-I-Login\">How do I login?<\/h4>\n<p>Click on the <strong>Sign in<\/strong> button. This will launch the BYDA identity login page.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Enter your email address and password<\/li>\n<li>Click the <strong>Sign in<\/strong> button<\/li>\n<li>You will be logged in and returned to the referral service<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>If you can&#8217;t remember your password, click on the <strong>Forgot your password?<\/strong> link<\/li>\n<li>Note: your username and password from the old Before You Dig system no longer apply. You use your registered email address to login. If you&#8217;ve changed your email address, please register for a new account.<\/p>\n<p><em>Note: You can specify a different email address to receive enquiry confirmations and asset owner responses by entering an Alternate Email on your user profile.<\/em><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h4 id=\"Forgotten-Password\">I forgot my password<\/h4>\n<p>Oh no! Everyone forgets their password from time to time. It&#8217;s easy to get back into your account and set a new password.<\/p>\n<p>Click on the <strong>Forgotten password?<\/strong> link. This will launch the BYDA identity login page.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Enter your email address<\/li>\n<li>Click on the <strong>Send verification code<\/strong> button<\/li>\n<li>An email will be sent to your email address with a 6-digit verification code<\/li>\n<li>Enter the code in the <strong>Verification code<\/strong> box and click on <strong>Verify code<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Once your code has been verified, click on the <strong>Continue<\/strong> button<\/li>\n<li>Enter your new password in boxes provided and click on the <strong>Continue<\/strong> button<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>If your email address has not yet been registered for an account you will receive a message. Return to the <strong>Sign up<\/strong> screen to register for a new account<\/li>\n<li>If you didn&#8217;t receive a verification code, please check that your email address has been entered correctly. The subject line is something like &#8220;Before You Dig (BYDA) account email verification code&#8221;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h4 id=\"My-Email-Address-Has-Changed\">My email address has changed<\/h4>\n<p>If your email address has changed you should register for a new account with your new email address.
