Referral emails include a “TO” value giving the name of someone in your organisation who is receiving the referrals. This value is unimportant and is not seen by anyone outside of your organisation, however there may be a case where you want to update it to tidy things up.
The TO line on a referral email looks something like: –
TO= Gary Johnson
The name that is used is the name of the first user who was setup for your organisation. As you add more users to the organisation, this will not change. There is no way through the web application to change the value. If you do want to change it, please raise a help desk ticket asking for the primary contact for your organisation to be updated. The new name must relate to a user attached to your organisation.
