Enquirers need to know how to get in touch with your organisation if they have specific questions relating to jobs near your assets. Keeping your contact details up-to-date ensures they can reach the right people.
You can review and update your contact details from the Configuration > Contact details menu option.
The general information is made available to enquirers when they lodge enquirers. It allows them to get in touch with you with questions regarding your plans or working safely around your assets.
The email address you provide is also set as the “Reply-to” address on emails sent by SmarterWX Sentinel on your behalf. If a user hits reply on the email, their mail app will route the response back to your organisation’s contact email address.
The emergency phone number is only shown when someone requests the emergency contact details for asset owners where they are working. This would typically be used in an asset strike situation to connect the excavator with your repair team.
