In order to reply to a referral and make sure that it is tracked by our system you need to understand that each referral has its own identifying email address that is associated with the enquirers email address, meaning any emails sent to this identifying address are forwarded to the customers own email address through our system.
When you receive a referral email to your referral channel email address or internal system it will look like the below test data, for this example the key identifiers have been bolded.

As you can see, within this data there is an “EMAIL ADDRESS” and a “REGISTERED EMAIL” the “EMAIL ADDRESS” is the previously mentioned identifying address and the registered email is the enquirers email address, for this example using our test environment the email address needed to be replied to is “vgmahh3kvn6zwm.05y60j8ksoy4th@smarterwx-mail-uat.byda.com.au”.
