What is the typical wait time?
Typical wait time is the time taken to return 90% of all responses in the last 14 days. For example, if your typical wait time is appearing as 3 minutes this is letting us know that 90% of all your responses within the last 14 days were replied too on average within 3 minutes.
What is Response Ranking?
Response ranking is an ordered list of all asset owners from quickest to slowest. Response ranking is only visible to the respective asset owners and is not shown to enquirers or to other asset owners. For example, if you’re ranked 10th that means your responses are faster than all but the 9 above you.
What is Response time?
Response time is the time taken for the response to be received by the referral service since the referral was sent.
How do I add more users to my Utility?
1. An admin user will need to login to the BYDA portal & select “Manager users” on the left.
2. Select Add Administrator.
3. Type in First name, Last name & Email address of the new user.
4. Click on Save.
5. Request new user to create an account on the BYDA portal.*
6. They will be automatically linked and signed into your Utility.
* If the user already had an account set up they’ll just need to sign out and sign back into the website to see the utility.*
Can I have more than one utility ID?
Yes, you can have several Utility IDs, however, since BYDA is now a single National Service, you can have all your assets on a single Utility ID. For more info please contact your State Representative.
Can I have Utilities or Areas of Interest in more than one State/Territory?
Yes, you can have all your national assets on a single Utility ID.
How can I add more utilities to my membership?
