SmarterWX Sentinel includes a collection of real-time reporting options for Asset Owners. These reports allow you to gain insights into enquiry activity within your area of interest.

Searching referral history

As a Before You Dig member you can review the history of enquiry referrals received by your organisation. The referral search feature allows you to search by map or list, filtering the results to find specific enquiries.

Your referral channel

As a BYDA member, enquiries lodged through the service are sent to you as referrals through your choice of referral channel. SmarterWX Sentinel provides three options for receiving enquiry referrals.

Updating your area of interest

As a BYDA member, your Area of Interest (AOI) determines when enquiries lodged through the service are referred to your organisation. You can update your AOI at any time through the referral service web application.

Updating contact details

Enquirers need to know how to get in touch with your organisation if they have specific questions relating to jobs near your assets. Keeping your contact details up-to-date ensures they can reach the right people. You can review and update your contact details from the Configuration > Contact details menu option.
