You can include map layers from SmarterWX Sentinel within your own mapping applications. This allows you to share enquiry history with others within your organisation or to integrate BYDA data with your own business information.

To access the GIS web services feature you need to have enabled the Developer Tools option on your user profile. You can then select GIS integration from the developer tools menu.

You must first Generate GIS credentials which will provide you with a username and password that can be used to access your GIS layers. These credentials only allow read-only access to the GIS layer and do not provide access to any other part of your BYDA account.

Once you’ve created your credentials you can copy the web service URLs into your mapping applications or click on the View in ArcGIS Online option to open the layer in Esri’s ArcGIS Online mapping tool.

Note: the GIS web services are restricted to only return a maximum of two years’ data. Any attempts to access data older than two years will result in no records being returned.
